Building communications are distributed through tenant notices and common area signage. Tenant surveys bring new ideas and inform the continuous adaptation and enhancement of our operations.

High-frequency touchpoint areas are routinely sanitized throughout the day
Automatic door openers in the amenities, multi-tenant washrooms, and parking garage
Automatic hand towel dispensers in multitenant washrooms
HVAC and Water Systems
MERV 13 filters filter out smaller particulates to minimize virus transmission
UV-C germicidal ultraviolet lights in all air handling systems
Domestic water systems and washroom fixtures flushed monthly
3rd party testing \on domestic potable water systems to ensure optimal water quality

Over 260 pounds of produce was harvested from 191’s garden in 2024
Produce from the garden supports area food banks
Harvested fruits and vegetables for tenants from the rooftop urban garden are available in the spring and summer
