Automatic door openers in the amenities, multi-tenant washrooms, and parking garage
Automatic hand towel dispensers in multitenant washrooms
HVAC and Water Systems
MERV 13 filters filter out smaller particulate to minimize virus transmission
UV-C germicidal ultraviolet lights in all air handling systems
Domestic water systems and washroom fixtures flushed monthly
3rd party testing \on domestic potable water systems to ensure optimal water quality
